Program objectives
The Office Systems Technology program is designed to prepare qualified individuals for the work of office coordinator by developing the skills required to perform office work activities such as communication in French and English, writing, access to new technologies, office work coordination, and computerized accounting.
By the end of their training, they will be able to take part in all administrative duties, as well as provide technical assistance with office automation tasks and software, including Acces, Excel, Word..., word processing, page layout, creating all kinds of documents, document management and using communication tools.

Main functions

Admission requirements
- To be eligible for this program, you should meet at least one of the following conditions:
- 1. hold a High School Diploma (DES/SSD);
- hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP/DVS) related to the program of study;
- hold qualifications deemed sufficient and meet one of the following conditions:
- a. The candidate has interrupted his or her studies for at least two consecutive sessions or one school year;
- b. The candidate has completed at least one year of post-secondary studies over a period of one year or more;
- c. The candidate is bound by an agreement between the School and an employer.
